Actions In Protest of UC Regents Meetings on Nov 16, 17, 18, 2010

Next week, the UC Regents will be meeting at UCSF Mission Bay to vote on educational policies.  For UCLA, this will translate as…
-an 8% fee increase (this amounts to a 53% fee increase in two years!)
-reclassifying “fees” as “tuition.” This legally means they are no
longer following the 1960 California master plan.
-the privatization of UCLA’s Anderson School of Management
-Increased non-resident enrollment
